Josh is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Evergreen Horizons, LLC. Josh has over 16 years of experience as a results-driven leader successfully delivering breakthrough top-and bottom-line performance.
Prior to founding Evergreen Horizons, Josh was the President of Adams Rite Aerospace, a TransDigm Group Inc. Company. Leading a nearly $200M Aerospace and Defense (A&D) business, Josh and his Team were able to deliver EBITDA north of 60%.
Josh started his professional career with Danaher Corporation, a Fortune 50 Company. With Danaher, Josh held various roles of increasing responsibility from Danaher Business Systems (DBS) Leader, where he focused on strategy, commercial excellence, and innovation for a $3B Platform, to mergers and acquisitions to business leader. As a business leader, Josh accelerated growth of a $100M aftermarket business from low single digits to high single digits. He also led the turnaround of a Software business, which was recognized as one of the Top 100 Companies to work for in Minnesota.
Outside of Danaher, Josh further expanded his strategic muscle working with both McKinsey & Company and Boston Consulting Group across A&D, Industrial, Medical Devices, and Retail. Josh also led the Global Software business for Garrett Advancing Motion, a former Honeywell International Inc. Company.
Josh has a Master in Business Administration (MBA) from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Science (BS) from Cornell University. Josh is excited to bring his experience to Evergreen Horizons and lead the investment in a game-changing A&D Platform where he can continue to pursue his passion for growth and transformation as an executive and an entrepreneur.

Lucas Sorenson
Lucas Sorenson is a Business Associate with Evergreen Horizons, LLC, where he contributes to our mission to build a premier A&D Platform. Lucas brings a strong foundation in commercial strategy, business development, and marketing, and is recognized for his ability to solve problems and drive early-stage growth.
Prior to joining Evergreen Horizons, Lucas played a central role in launching and scaling Sales & Marketing with LIND, an art and technology company. He helped define the LIND’s go-to-market strategy, identified new customer segments, and built a revenue pipeline from the ground up.
Lucas thrives in high-performance, fast-paced environments and is motivated by opportunities to contribute meaningfully to transformative initiatives in the A&D sector. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Antioch University and is focused on growing as a strategic contributor within A&D.
